Lamb's Ear (Stachys byzantina) (25/04/2022) Botolphs Lane on verge not far entrance to Lancing College, Steyning, W Sussex. Nothing else like it given these really furry leaves. Unfortunately no flowers as yet, but they are classic mint-like tubes when they do appear.
