Field on footpath leading to Small Dole, Henfield, W Sussex. On ragwort as you'd expect for this species. It is a shame we have to remove it all from the fields because it is so toxic to horses - but we let some grow around the place and also there's always loads along roadsides. Sadly no pics of the actual imago (adult form), only this caterpillar which is charaacteristic of this species so easy to ID.

Southbank Equestrian, Henfield (on door to the kitchen on the yard!). Chuffed to find this. We have loads of sycamore around here so maybe that's why! Hiding its head underneath one of the slats of the door!
